Organización y limpieza. El apartamento se encuentra bien dotado. La zona es muy segura y uno siente que puede caminar por cualquier sitio del contexto cercano.
Aunque se encuentra en una zona muy segura no cuenta con comercio cercano, así que toca desplazarse a otros sitios para poder conseguir lo necesario y crear experiencias. Creo que se hace necesario la implementación de aire acondicionado, la habitación cerrada tiende a ser calurosa y el ventilador no se encuentra bien centrado.
