New and comfortable apartment for families or groups. 2 bedrooms with double beds + a double sofa bed (sleeps up to 6). The Space
A modern, new, and very comfortable apartment, designed for families or groups who want to relax and easily explore Medellín and the southern part of the Aburrá Valley. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (perfect for 2 couples or a family) and a double sofa bed in the living room, with a total capacity of up to 6 guests.
The highlight of the space is in the master bedroom: a private jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work. It also features a balcony with a view, a spacious living room with a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for both short- and long-term stays (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, and utensils). For added convenience, you’ll find a washer-dryer, hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi.
The location is one of its greatest strengths: you’re a 3-minute walk from Simón Bolívar Park, where you’ll also find the Itagüí Street Food District and a wide range of nightlife options (restaurants, bars, and liquor stores). Just a few steps away, you’ll find fast-food restaurants, neighborhood stores, bakeries, and ice cream shops, and a D1 supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away. If you’re looking for a more complete shopping experience, Viva Envigado is about a 15-minute walk away (featuring Éxito, brand-name stores, restaurants, and a gym).

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the living room with a sofa bed, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, 2 bedrooms (the master with a private jacuzzi), bathroom(s), and a laundry area with a washer-dryer.
For security reasons and in accordance with building regulations, outside visitors are not permitted. Only people included in the reservation and who have been previously registered may enter and stay at the property.
If you need to add someone, you must do so through Airbnb by updating the number of guests and completing the corresponding registration.
Access to utility rooms, private storage areas, or restricted areas of the building is not permitted.

Registration is mandatory: As part of the registration process and in compliance with Colombian law, all guests must register via the link we send before check-in. Without a completed registration, we cannot allow entry.
Visitors: For security and building regulations, outside visitors are not permitted. Only people included in the reservation and who have registered in advance may enter and stay in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine of USD 1,000.
Quiet Hours / Parties: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. Failure to comply may result in a fine of USD 200 and, depending on the severity, cancellation of the stay without a refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Check-out: Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a surcharge of USD 30 for each additional hour and may affect the cleaning schedule.
Minors: Guests under the age of 18 are NOT permitted to stay without proper documentation. All minors must check in with their identification document. If traveling without their parents, they must present authorization and documentation proving their relationship to the parents. Applicable regulations: Law 300 of 1996, Law 679 of 2001, and Law 1336 of 2009. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in a fine of USD 1,000.
Parking: The building does not have parking. There is usually free parking available on the street, but this is at the guest’s own risk and responsibility.
Damages and Repairs: any damage or loss caused during your stay must be covered by the guest in accordance with Airbnb’s policies.
