Budget-friendly Option for Travellers in Normandy/Bretagne

Charming place for a short stay, especially if you are visiting local landmarks. The beach is just a couple of minutes away and you can admire the silhouette of Mont-Saint-Michel in the distance. The room was equiped with all the necessities, there's also a dining area and a kitchen on the ground/first floor with all the appliances. The parking space is in front of the entrance to the shared cottage.

The room was simple, but nothing to complain about. The views through the window were also nice. All in all, it's a budget-friendly place.

Even though it is further from the city center it is still close to restaurants and shops (around 3 kilometers). Breakfast set up with coffee and kitchen is very good.

Great stay just 30 min ride from Mont Saint Michel

Great location to visit the nearby Mont Saint Michel (30 min by car) and Saint Malo (45 min by car). Closest large super market is in the nearby town of Dol de Bretagne (15 min by car). Nice restaurants can be found 10 min away by car in the town of Le Vivier sul Mer. The place is nice, with large ensuite rooms and shared kitchen and dining areas (with fridge). Car space is available at the front. Highly recommended.

Not a negative, but be aware that you do need a car to move around, as there is no public transport available.

A nice family house, quite, peaceful, surrounded by beautiful farmland. close to seaside, nice to walks.

There is a kitchen and a dining room, but the oven and the kitchen fan is not working. it would nice if they can fix it for the next visitor.

Outwardly the place has lots of promise. Comfortable bed and decent basic bathroom. Great location if you like access to wide open space and the sea, and the village is pleasant.

Felt a bit rushed upon arrival, and for almost half the price in other places we have had breakfast laid on, but I suppose this location is in high demand. Inexpensive compared to other places in the area, but basic facilities.

Great location for holidays with young kids, everything needed around!

Wonderful experience, the location is fantastic; few minutes walk from a magnificent view over the Mont Saint Michel bay AND the Mont Saint Michel itself! Few minutes walk from the cute Chapel Saint-Anne! Ideal if you want to bike with your family along the coast! You can also bike to the village (10-15 min) and buy fresh bread and croissants every morning! Great restaurants as well! One thing to not forget if you want to enjoy bathing in the sea is the tide times!! But even at low tides, we had great fun collecting shells and making sand castles! No hesitation really!

Quaint, scenic and comfortable

Myriam was very welcoming, giving us a personal tour and storing our bikes. We had a spacious and comfortable room for three. The common area was well equipped with plates utensils, fridge, microwave, coffee and tea. Beautiful nature and surrounding views of fields and ocean, historic Saint Anne's. Many safe walking and biking paths and roads through the picturesque fields and along the beach that were especially beautiful on crisp, sunny late autumn days. It is a short 1.5km drive/bike or scenic walk to the two nearby villages with very good restaurants, two excellent bakeries, and a fabulous foie gras maker's shop filled with a wide selection as well as jarred cassoulet and rillette . Very friendly and happy town.

Wine opener was not the best quality. No wine glasses supplied.

Exactly what we were looking for in a local / rural setting and easy access to Mt St Michele.

Lovely country guest house, right across from the beach. Pleasant host and generous use of the facilities. As the listing shows it's quiet and fairly remote. you need a car or bike. Great value for money and a large family group. Great for visits to Mont St Michel and St Malo.

Noise from people in the lounge area can carry up the stairs quite easily.

Chambre très spacieuse, au calme. Literie confortable. Splendide cheminée dans notre chambre. Salle de bain rénovée. Situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage.

Le logement est éloigné des services et commerces et ne propose pas de petit déjeuner. Toutefois, l’hôte met à disposition une salle commune et la chambre que nous occupions (la chambre familiale) dispose d’une table et de chaises.

Hébergement propre, approprié aux bébés et enfants en bas âge. Cuisine bien équipée. Je recommande.

La disponibilité et l'accueil de la gérante qui a été très bien. Me demande de place de parking pour un véhicule type SUV a été satisfaite. Aussi, le fait de mettre à disposition un lit parapluie pour bébé est un bon point. Enfin, la présence de machine à café avec moulin à grain ainsi qu'une cuisine équipée est un grand plus. Je recommande.
