About this villa rental
Villa Il Tramonto dell'Isola dei Galli is located in a secluded area in the centre of Praiano, on the Amalfi Coast.It is an old 2-storey villa stylish renovated. You enter it without climbing steps, directly from the private parking area (space for two cars). Several terraces overlooking the sea, a garden and a beautiful pool are part of this enchanting property. There is plenty of space to relax and to enjoy the atmosphere. The furnishings are an excellent combination of modern and antique pieces.
On the bottom level there is a terrace, an open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas cooker, electric oven and many other useful utensils. Furthermore there is a dining area with table for ten guests, a wide living room with brickwork fireplace, a toilet, a wellness room with sauna and fully enclosed shower as well as a laundry room with washing machine/dryer and ironing facilities. Going up a few steps you reach the first bedroom with a double and a single bed. It has access to the pool. On the first level there is the garden and a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are three terraces and a large barbecue zone with a walled barbecue, a pizza oven and wooden benches. A nice place to spend pleasant evenings enjoying the magnificent view of the sea, Praiano and the coastline. Tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun umbrellas and an external shower are part of the equipment. On this floor you find two double bedroom, and a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, too. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace. The whole house is air conditioned.
The next beach is La Gavitella at a distance of about 1 km. The bus stop is in front of the entrance gate. Grocery shops and restaurants are in a radius of 300 meters.
