About this apartment rental
The apartment Margherita is located on the west coast of Roe Volciano Lake Garda, set in a private park and surrounded by olive trees, overlooking the ancient Roman village of Agneto bordering Salo. This small town that gets stuck in the wide bay, has the longest walk of Lake Garda.
The house includes 4 apartments: two on the first floor where the two owners live, while on the ground floor there are two apartments rented to tourists.
The 'Margherita' apartment, open all year round, has an independent entrance, is located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 4 people and has a private bathroom and kitchenette; some plants separate it from the other apartment.
Fully furnished, it is equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils, oven, refrigerator and washing machine. The bedroom has a TV with satellite receiver. Outdoor swimming pool for common use.
The apartment opens onto a large porch that offers an open space can also be accessed with the uncertain weather, furnished with a table and chairs to eat outside. The large garden, with sunbeds, is completely fenced to allow children to play in maximum safety. Carport and barbecue.
In this structure also lives a labrador dog called Asia.
Organic oil is produced here and the owners will be happy to make it taste to their guests, also there are some hens raised on the ground so that every day there is the opportunity to eat a healthy organic egg.
Guests will also be offered the various products of the garden that is grown using only natural fertilizers. At guests' disposal different types of aromatic herbs.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sie war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch wurden wir sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und man konnte super im Pool entspannen. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man in Ruhe frühstücken oder den Abend ausklingen lassen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer bietet auch für 2 ausgewachsene Kinder genug Platz. Wir würden die Wohnung immer gerne wieder buchen.

Wir haben als Familie (mit unseren 10 und 14 Jahre alten Töchtern) ein wunderschöne Woche in diesem traumhaften Feriendomizil verbracht.
Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war toll, Maria hat immer umgehend auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Da Maria und Loriano selbst im Urlaub waren, wurden wir während unseres Aufenthalts von Aideen und Diego "betreut", die auch über den Ferienappartements wohnen und uns immer äußerst nett mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen - und uns wertvolle Tipps für unsere Ausflüge gegeben haben.
Das ruhige Anwesen liegt traumhaft mit großem Garten und wunderschönem Pool oberhalb von Salò in einem Olivenhain. Die Tiere - Hund, Katze, Schildkröten, Hühner und jede Menge Grillen :) - wurden von uns allen sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangsort für alle Gardasee-Erkundungen und Ausflüge - oder auch einfach mal, um einen Tag abzuschalten und auszuspannen.
Die Wohnung ist toll für Familien, auch wenn es nur ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer gibt und zwei Personen auf der bequemen Auszieh-Couch schlafen müssen. Die sehr große, überdachte (und somit den ganzen Tag schattige) Terrasse ist dabei wie ein zusätzliches großes Zimmer, dass wir die ganze (sehr heiße!) Woche als Ess- und Wohnzimmer genutzt haben.
Vielen Dank Maria, Loriano, Aideen und Diego, es war wirklich eine traumhafte Woche - die wir sehr gerne wiederholen wollen!

Das Appartement liegt etwas abseits vom überlaufenen Gardasee und ist nach dem täglichen Sightseeing eine absolute Oase der Ruhe. Der sehr gepflegte Garten, der saubere Pool und die große Terrasse bieten viele Möglichkeiten der Entspannung. Die Vermieter, die auch auf dem Areal leben, bewegten sich immer im Hintergrund, pflegten selbst die zum Appartement gehörende Terrasse.
Bei Ankunft hatte Maria schon Boi Eier von den eigenen Hühnern in den Kühlschrank getan, und eigenes Olivenöl stand auch schon bereit. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Appartement war einwandfrei sauber.
Wir hatten Glück, denn in der Nachbarwohnung war zur gleichen Zeit eine sehr reizende Familie.

Als je de website en foto en recentie leest verwacht je niet dat je buren hebt in het pand met de veranda.
Wij hadden dus buren met een kind van 2 jaar welke niet onze verwachting was. Tussen de twee terrassen onder de veranda zit geen afscheiding, en slechts 2 meter afstand! dus is het een hele kunst om je buren geen last te bezorgen.
Het gemene van de situatie is, dat dit totaal nergens beschreven is op de website. De andere bungalow wordt namelijk via een andere website verhuurd. Onder de naam Gardenia via Home Away. Ook hielden de kinderen van de andere eigenaar 3 x een zwembadparty met (8) vrienden.
Voor de rest klopt alles met de bestaande recenties.
Gelukkig verliep de tweede week een stuk rustiger.
Prima locatie, aardige mensen( spreken geen engels), en goed verzorgd.
