About this apartment rental
The apartment Margherita is located on the west coast of Roe Volciano Lake Garda, set in a private park and surrounded by olive trees, overlooking the ancient Roman village of Agneto bordering Salo. This small town that gets stuck in the wide bay, has the longest walk of Lake Garda.
The house includes 4 apartments: two on the first floor where the two owners live, while on the ground floor there are two apartments rented to tourists.
The 'Margherita' apartment, open all year round, has an independent entrance, is located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 4 people and has a private bathroom and kitchenette; some plants separate it from the other apartment.
Fully furnished, it is equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils, oven, refrigerator and washing machine. The bedroom has a TV with satellite receiver. Outdoor swimming pool for common use.
The apartment opens onto a large porch that offers an open space can also be accessed with the uncertain weather, furnished with a table and chairs to eat outside. The large garden, with sunbeds, is completely fenced to allow children to play in maximum safety. Carport and barbecue.
In this structure also lives a labrador dog called Asia.
Organic oil is produced here and the owners will be happy to make it taste to their guests, also there are some hens raised on the ground so that every day there is the opportunity to eat a healthy organic egg.
Guests will also be offered the various products of the garden that is grown using only natural fertilizers. At guests' disposal different types of aromatic herbs.

This property is exactly what you are looking for! Quiet, beautiful, spacious, and close to town (Salo). Maria was very helpful answering questions regarding trains and local information and we felt prepared once we arrived. I recommend bringing all groceries and necessities upon arrival since the nearest store is a bit of a drive and once you arrive at the house you won't want to leave! We will always remember our trip to Lake Garda and the kindness shown by Maria.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was lovely and very well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and the view from the windows and the patio area was absolutely stunning. The patio was equipped with a table and chairs and it was so nice to sit outside and admire the beautiful olive trees and the garden which was full of flowers. There was a good sized pool there too. Asia, the Labrador, was very friendly and enjoyed walking around with our two West Highland Terriers. The location to many tourist spots was ideal and we spent a wonderful day in Sirmione and had lunch in a marvellous Trattoria right on Lake Garda. Maria, the owner, was a delight and we had quite a few very enjoyable and fun filled chats with her. Do not hesitate to book.

We had a wonderful family vacation on Lake Garda. Everything worked perfectly largely due to our great accommodations offered by our charming host Maria. We had everything we needed and we will certainly come back. We often rent apartments but it is rare that we find such a lovely place.
Huge advantage of this place is that it is very quiet. If you are a light sleeper like us and you have to make sure you are far from the roads, this is the place! You need a car to get here comfortably but given that, it's a 3 min drive from Salo.
Make sure to try olive oil and vinegar made by the hosts.
