About this apartment rental
The house, completely renovated with great attention, is equipped with air conditioner, alarm system, cabled internet free no limit, tv sat.
In the spacious yard an iron covered gazebo allows eating outdoors, and in case of rain it can be closed with plasticized curtains. The adjacent private garden of 200 sqm, the professional barbecue and the hammock complete the outdoor facilities.
Private parking is beside to the gazebo.
Inside the house is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday extremely comfortable (washing machine, dishwasher, ventilated oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, kettle). The guest will also find free supplies such as oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, white and red wine and some beers.
The property is located in an ideal location among Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo and Camogli (5 minute drive), and offers total relaxation and privacy among olive trees and swimming pool just steps from the sea and the bustling life of the Riviera and Portofino.
The pool can be heated (from May 1 to September 30) and the pool area is equipped with deck chairs, and benches. This area may be shared with my adjacent apartment ref. no. 6448762, if it is rented. The garden, automatically irrigated at nighttime, is rich in olive trees, tropical plants (maracuja, banana, Bouganville) and flowers and is always admired by guests.
