We really enjoyed our holiday in this typical Portuguese house. Authentic and with fantastic facilities, we loved the pool, during the day and night. It is a wonderful house to relax, and is also really well located to explore Northern Portugal - less than an hour from the Douro, Gerês national park and the beautiful cities of Guimarães and Braga. The owners are very nice and leaving us some wine from their own vineyard was a lovely gesture - I ended up buying 12 bottles it was so good. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing two weeks in Casa Carcavelos. A house with a great view, full of authentic elements, a rich family history and very kind amd helpful hosts. We enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the tennis court which were both well maintained, as well as the fully the equiped kitchen . The house is well located so it is easy to plan trips to surrounding cities and villages. Great restaurants in the neighbourhood and many friendly people. We can definitely recommend a stay at Casa Carcavelos.

Nous avons vécu à neuf dans cette très belle villa équipée de tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter pour se distraire: très grande piscine, terrain de tennis en excellent état, babyfoot qui a vu des parties acharnées...
De plus des propriétaires charmants réactifs à toutes nos sollicitations. A recommander!!
