Pedras Salgadas Spa & Nature Park

Beautiful park, lovely big old trees, amazing Mountain View’s. Food at the restaurant is on the pricy side but delicious. Staff was super professional and amicable. The bike rides are so fun, we had the best time on them. The houses are pretty and comfortable. The gifted pedras salgadas water bottles are a nice special touch.

The room was a little dusty, our daughter’s cot was very stained, and the sofa was a bit too. The spa was a nice experience, breathtaking building. My husband and I had one massage each and he loved it while I had a little less nice experience as I could feel the therapist’s long(er than ideal) nails, I heard her vibrating phone in her pocket, plus the continuous shoe noise around you is not very relaxing. I’d advise getting this reviewed and consider implementing a no shoe policy during the massages, would be very nice for a more relaxing experience. Also a shame that the house windows blinds don't fully open, it helps with privacy but it is a down for the views. Another thing to add is that we mentioned it was our 10 years anniversary and there was no special touch for it, after visiting several international resorts and spas would also be a nice touch to offer some special touch for costumers on a special occasion. Small things make the good great ☺️

It is a park area that was deserted. I found the whole thing creepy. Dilapidated buildings and overgrown grounds. It is out of season. But I wouldn’t recommend at this time of year.
