About this villa rental
The villa, with garden, is located in a quiet street 1 km between the center of Pedara and Nicolosi.
Catania can be reached in 20 minutes, the entrance to the highways in 10 minutes. The summit areas of Etna in 30 min. Ideal starting point for cycling tours, visiting Catania, Syracuse, Taormina, Etnaland, reaching the most beautiful beaches of eastern Sicily, exploring the highest active volcano in Europe, and then retiring to an oasis of peace, comfortable and well equipped.
EtnaFamilyHouse is spread over two floors, and is surrounded by a garden with olive trees and tall trees.
On the ground floor there is a large covered patio with tables, chairs and deckchairs, to be used as a relaxation area, having meals or playing ping pong on a regular table. The little ones will have games and plenty of space to be outdoors.
The ground floor leads to the service bathroom and the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine.
The upper floor opens onto a large balcony with a relaxation corner.
The main living room is divided into a living area, with sofas and television, and a dining room, with a large table where meals can be comfortably enjoyed.
The kitchen is large and habitable. The equipment is complete: fridge, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster, cutlery, plates, glasses, kitchen utensils, pots, pans and pans.
The bedrooms are 3 all with brand new bed bases and mattresses.
One double, another double with balcony, which can also be set up as a twin with 2 single beds. The third is with single beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobe and / or chest of drawers.
The bathroom, with shower, has been completely renovated.

La posizione dove si trova era facile per noi a trovare e anche per viaggiare da altri posti. La famiglia e anche il cane hanno avuto una bella vacanza. L etna, Taormina e i negozi tutti vicini e anche le ristoranti. Grazie mille Luigi.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich von Luigi begrüßt. Er stellte uns einen großen Kaffeevorrat zur Verfügung, der für die ganze Woche reichte. Auch Wasserflaschen warteten im Kühlschrank auf uns und um Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und Tee brauchten wir uns nicht zu kümmern. Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber und hat alles, was man braucht, sogar ein Klavier. Ein paar Besteckteile mehr wären nicht schlecht, aber dafür gibt es reichlich Geschirr. Die Heizung könnte noch etwas mehr Temperatur bringen, vor allem nachts war es recht frisch im Haus und man musste sich noch Wolldecken mit ins Bett nehmen (von denen allerdings mehr als genug vorhanden waren). Während unserer Urlaubswoche erkundigte sich Luigi per Whatsapp nach unserem Wohlbefinden und meldete sich auch nach einem nächtlichen Erdbeben. So konnten wir uns im EtnaFamilyHouse wohlfühlen, auch wenn das Wetter nicht auf unserer Seite war.

Die Ankunft um 2 Uhr morgens war kein Problem - Luigi hat uns erwartet und uns mit einigen Lebensmittel ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr groß und liegt sehr ruhig. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles was man so braucht und den Blick auf den Etna gibt es dazu :-). Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
