The villa is located close to the beach and offers a stunning view of the mountains. It is in a quiet and peaceful area, and the villa itself is quite spacious.
The villa was booked for 5 guests, and specifically a 4-bedroom villa was reserved, but one bedroom was not prepared.
The sockets in the room with single beds were not working.
There was a sewage smell in the yard when someone was taking a shower.
The air conditioner in one of the rooms was not working.
The kitchen had everything except a regular small knife.

Such a lovely villa in a really nice and quiet bay, close to the local beach, San Vito Lo Capo, the Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, Trapani and Palermo.
The house has all you need, a full kitchen, parking spot, a wonderful outdoor area including a BBQ and enough space for our group of 7.
The host Patrizia was very welcoming too!

Very nice house situated at 3 minutes walk to the beach
Outside shower has been GREAT
Great view
Patrizia has been very helpful and solved any accidental issues occurred
The outside furniture is old and not very well maintained
Internet is a little bit slow - remote connections worked quite bad.

The villa has a nice location and beautiful view from the front patio. it has a lot of space and green garden. it is located close to the beach and some good hikes
The villa is rather dated. it needs some care and updates done to the bathroom and the kitchen. Also, there are a lot of mosquitoes.
