Paul met us with the key couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Lovely apartment clean and well equipped. Pool area was lovely, quiet and relaxing . 15 minute walk to Villamartin Plaza so excellent location. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nothing all good

The apartment is beautiful and a short walk to the plaza

The apartment gets very little sun, so during our visit in March, it was really cold. Thank goodness for Paul bringing us a mobile gas heater as the air con/central heating unit in the lounge was not working. We could have done with a king size duvet on the bed, instead of just the cover. I tried to fill the cover with the 2 single duvets in the wardrobe but that didn't work, so just left them on the top along with blankets from the other bedroom. I'm sure this wouldn't normally be a problem when the weather is hot. We were also told to strip the bed, wash up and put away any crockery etc and take away any rubbish. I thought that was a little excessive when a cleaning charge of 60 euros was included in the price of the room. We have been travelling all around the area and had not been asked to do all that at the other apartments. I always wash up and tidy up but felt this was a bit cheeky.
