Mercedes was very prompt with communication and helpful - very considerate. The location is fantastic - we walked everywhere including a pleasant 20 mins walk up to the alhambra. A supermarket just around the corner too. Very clean. Very spacious. Quiet at night with good blinds to keep light out. Small selection of books, and a dog-shaped door stopper that our 2yo daughter adored!

Not really a big negative but just a heads-up that though the kitchen has adequate supply of cooking and dining materials, there are no cooking staples such as oil/salt/pepper so you will need to bring these yourself (or we easily picked these up at the supermarket). As mentioned in other reviews the parking spot is TIGHT. Mercedes was lovely and guided us in with confidence, then I did the same to help my partner drive out again at the end of our stay, but I was glad we weren’t taking the car in/out each day! The shower was tricky with a toddler as no way to keep her contained! But a lovely big open shower with good water pressure (if toddlers running away aren’t a concern for you 😊)

It is located in the perfect spot. It is beautiful modern and very very clean.

No washing machine and the walls are really very thin with no sound proof at all

El apartamento y la atención del personal.

Todo muy bien, el apartamento centrico y limpio, enhorabuena por la persona que nos atendió (Mercedes), atenta, servicial y muy competente en su trabajo.

La atención del anfitrión, la cocina estaba muy limpia.

La bañera tenía moho por las juntas de los azulejos. Se escucha todo de los vecinos en la habitación de las dos camas, muy ruidosos.
