The location was very central, and the neighborhood is excellent with tons of great restaurant options nearby. The apartment itself is quite spacious. We also loved the customer service—they were really good and responded to our requests, bringing us additional towels, kitchen paper, and toilet paper.
On the downside, the bed mattresses and pillows definitely need to be worked on or completely changed for better comfort. Also, some of the equipment, particularly the washing machine, is in need of a deep cleaning.
