Good location. Felt like a home from home.

Very spacious - great for young children and comfortable for adults. My twins were that excited about the place we couldn’t get them to leave! Fantastic size kitchen for a family. Very home from home feel I would say. Bedrooms again a perfect size. Both bathrooms a good size with a bath in one which is always essential for kids. Living room very comfortable, nicely decorated and again very homely feeling. Quite a quirky and interesting property all round. Definitely excellent value for money with a lot to offer set in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area :-)

A lot of dust on the 4 post bed that I had to clean which was slightly off putting but I appreciate it’s an old building with wooden floors and not the easiest place to keep meticulously clean. I felt there was too many wardrobes in the bedrooms which I think could be reduced to increase space in the rooms but that’s my personal preference and certainly not a complaint. Nothing that would put me off staying again :-)

Perfect location, how roomy the property is,cleanliness of bathrooms, bedrooms and fridge

First impression filthy front door, property is very tired, alot of broken fixtures, we had a waterfall of rain coming through the ceiling over the combi boiler, had to replace the already bucket underneath and mop up,( in the panic I forgot to video it), the kitchen was a big disappointment, the photos look lovely but are quite outdated, the cabinets and work surfaces have been cheaply covered and are peeling, cooker unusable, numbers worn off and hardly any heat ( I'd say the element has blown, and why there is a air fryer) oven trays filthy aswell as alot of the utensils , I can understand why, but everything is done on the cheap, but haven't spent money on the things that are seriously needed
