About this house rental
Tropical Path is a small house located in a quiet urbanization of an area called Coveta Fumá. The house has sea views from a chill-out terrace where you can enjoy the sun by day and the magical nights of this area, as well as make use of your barbecue.
The urbanization has a swimming pool and bar, both open throughout the year. You can park easily, even in summer.
The area is characterized by the presence of coves, rather than large beaches, which offer a unique landscape in this area of Alicante Mediterranean. The closest beach, Cala D'Enmig, is 3 minutes away.
There is a tram station located less than 5 minutes walk, from which you can easily travel to Campello, Alicante and Benidorm.
There is a supermarket near the train station.
In addition, there is a central area, which can be reached in 8 minutes walk, a playground and several restaurants and cafes open all year.

We had a wonderful vaccation in Ruths house. Our two boys enjoyed the swimmingpool and the sea, not far away from the house, and we enjoyed the terrasse very much. Ruth took very good care of us, and is an attentive host, who takes good care of her guests.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Verada Tropical. Nous avons.bien profité de la terrasse le soir. Il y a deux petites criques à proximité et bien d'autres belles plages tout proches. L'environnement est très calme. Pour visiter la region, tout est facilement accessible en voiture. Nous remercions Ruth pour son acceuil chaleureux

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans ce logement. Bien situé, au calme et la terrasse sur la toit à beaucoup de charme. L'accueil de Ruth a été excellent! Le région est vraiment agréable des kms de plage, une eau claire et chaude, des petites criques très jolies à découvrir. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr!👍�

The owners Ruth and Bjorn live nearby, they were both very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The house is in a lovely quiet spot near a small sandy cove and within easy reach of other resorts via the tram, which is a three minute walk away. A handy small supermarket is nearby (closes early afternoon). The house has all the basics and is fairly well equipped.The kitchen area is small if you like to cook a lot. We visited in March and the large roof terrace was lovely to sit on in the sunshine. In the cool evenings the living area would have greatly benefited from more comfortable sofas.
