El edificio del departmento es moderno e impecable. El departamento tiene una ubicacion excelente ya que esta justo en el malecon, con una vista maravilllosa de la playa y el parque. Su interior es comodo y lleno de luz.
El supermercado Mercadona esta a una cuadra, y el centro de Vilgarcia a pocos minutos caminando. El propietario, una persona gentil, y eficiente al contactarse.
