About this apartment rental
Property managed by GLAMAPARIS with a unique official registration number from the Mairie de Paris. All bookings are covered by cancellation (Covid included) and liability insurance. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Large 100 m² apartment in the 7th district, composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living space and above everything a unique view on the Invalides. It is also close to the Eiffel Tower, about 15 minutes away by foot.
This 100m² apartment is located in the center of the 7th district and offer a unique view on the Invalides which is the burial site of Napoleon Bonaparte. From the terrace of the apartment, you also see the the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame, the Saint Germain church, the Saint Sulpice church, and finally the Panthéon.
AC IN BOTH BEDROOM BUT NOT IN LIVING ROOM.
The apartment is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a large living room divided in a dining area and a regular living room.
One of the bedroom has its bathroom with toilet attached. The other bathroom is in the beginning of the corridor, next to the kitchen. The second toilet is also in the corridor.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a table and stools for the breakfast.
The apartement has a large balcony all around the property. There is a also a table and chairs available for outside meals.
The household linen is provided, there is also an iron, vacuum cleaner, washer and dryer. Wifi is of course working without extra charges.
The apartment has A/C in all bedrooms.
This apartment is located 3 minutes away from the metro station George V (line 1) on the Champs Elysées.
It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.
Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.
We offer:
a personal check-in service on arrival;
a manual with basic information about the apartment's facilities
A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;
Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.
A civil liability and rental risks insurance.
A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.
Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. The property is elegant, yet very comfortable, stocked with everything one could possibly want or need - including a nice bottle of champagne when we arrived. A grocery store, Metro station and several bistros and cafes are steps away from the door. The location is ideal, within walking distance of many Paris attractions. And last but not least, the view from the terrace is unparalleled! We counted at least eight iconic sites from the comfort of our chairs while enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. In addition, communication with the property management group was excellent, before our arrival, during our stay and upon our departure from the apartment. Five stars is the max for a VRBO review, but I’d like it give this apartment six!

Beautiful high floor, bright apartment with stunning views. Lots of great space including a large dining room table for laptops, comfortable radiator heat and room air conditioners for comfort. Separate bath, shower and half bath gives plenty of room for all. We stayed 16 days. It’s a perfect part of town, great tourist foot traffic during the day, but you feel part of a local neighborhood at night. Beautiful supermarket downstairs, great cafés, bars and Rue Cler street market within 5 minutes walk. Another 5 minutes walk and you’re at the Eifel Tower. Nearby Ecole Militaire metro stop is a super fast connection to Right Bank destinations, and it’s an easy 20-30 minute walks to anything in St Germain des Pres or the Seine. Like another reviewer had written, it is a perfect retreat from long walks in this stunning city. Book with confidence, we would definitely return. 5 stars also to GlamaParis for their welcoming service and attentiveness. It’s an easy choice – book it!

This property is beautiful - a great location in the 7th Arrondissement on a high floor that featured beautiful views. The space in the apartment is lovely and the layout - bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen - was perfect for 4 people. All heat, water, appliances worked perfectly. The staff managing the apartment was very helpful, always available to answer questions in a timely manner, and very friendly. We are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend the property and the managing agency to anyone.
