Cozy apartment in the 7th arrondissement, artistic and contemporary decoration, located on the Left Bank in the embassy district which is highly secure day and night.
Ideal for a family stay or for a business trip.
The area is very well served by public transport to get to tourist places and stations:
3 metro (10,12,13) and bus (82,87,92) lines. Nearby a car rental station by the city of Paris (Autolib ').
This 4-room apartment has 2 bedrooms with new bedding and 2 shower rooms.
- Master bedroom with 1 master bed and private facilities.
- Guest bedroom with a double bed
- Library lounge with desk, wi-fi.
- Dining room, with a single bed for a 5th person.
- Kitchen with window on a pretty independent tree-lined courtyard. It is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and washing machine.
Close to the building, small shops and nice restaurants.
The 'Bon Marché' 5 minutes walk has a large delicatessen department where gourmets and gourmets can stock up on supplies.
Closer is a large area open in the evening.

10 minutes by feet from the museum d'Orsay and on the way to the museum Rodin.
15 minutes from the Eiffel tower on the other side and 10 minutes far from the 'Quartier Latin' and Montparnasse.
Steps away from the 'Quartier St Germain', you will find show rooms of decorations and mode.
A big drugstore open late and of course others conveniences just outside.
The flat is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms with 2 small bathrooms (2 big showers and toiletts).
The main bedroom with a master bed with new mattress. (all mattresses are new)
the second bedroom with view on the lovely cour has a double bed.
The living room is cozy in a modern style, contemporary design, there is a desk with wi-fi.
The dining room with library (you can read) has a single bed for a 5 eme person.
The kitchen with a lovely view on authentic paved Paris stones cour.
In that kitchen you will find a new equipment because all just has been changed (induction cook, washing machine).

This lovely three-bedroom apartment was spacious for our family (parents 3 teens). The windows are large with lots of natural light, and I loved the original art displayed in every room. The beautiful kitchen is smaller, but has many items for light cooking. There were two showers and toilets, as well as hair dryer, iron, and laundry available. It was clean and tidy, and communication with the host was easy. While the property manager who met us initially didn't speak English, the owner of the apartment did communicate via VRBO, messenger, and even two phone calls. She was incredibly accessible, helpful, and kind.The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, small markets, a cheese shop, pharmacy, and museums. We easily walked to Musée d/Orsay, Musée Rodin, Hôtel les Invalides (Napolean's tomb), the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Bon Marché for high-end shopping.If you're traveling in warmer months, be aware there is no air conditioning (very little in Paris as a whole). It was 89F when we visited in May, and the second floor apartment does get warm in the afternoons and evenings. There were no top sheets (only duvets) and no fans, not ideal for sleeping. Opening windows did bring in a welcome breeze, but it also let in mosquitoes and sounds from the street.Note: guests should be sure to bring shampoo and conditioner, if desired.Overall, we enjoyed this apartment and location. We definitely recommend and would stay again!

This apartment is wonderfully located and furnished very well. The owner met us at check in and was communicative, helpful, and gracious. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay here. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was very cozy! Great location... 10 minute walk to several different metro lines. Pastries on Rue de Sevres, shopping in the Left Bank. Loved it.
