Good location and free parking.

No fans in the apartment, so essentially forced to pay an extra €50 to use the air-conditioning for the week. Toilet seat broke after the first day, power shortage happened twice, shower handle broke, poor WiFi signal, no coffee table to rest the drinks/food when you are watching the TV (which is laughably tiny), no handsoap in the kitchenette area which is kind of gross (had to buy our own), shower slow to drain, and no microwave in the flat (because who would use the oven to heat things up when the weather is already boiling hot and you are using the AC to cool down the flat)? The checkout time was 9am - bit early and it would have been better if it was 11am. While I have no problem sorting out the waste in the flat to the corresponding bins on the balcony, it was unreasonable to ask us to follow the recycling schedule and physically put out the bins during our holiday when no other places in Italy had asked us that before. Overall a lot of little things were noticed by us during this trip which decreased our satisfaction.
