The staff is extremely polite and eager to help. The room was very nice, spatious and well aired. Good food and cheap to eat in the Restaurant Hanul Prislop 100m near. Very nice view and location. Good value for money and very good facilities for mountain lovers that are not so pretentious.
Some facilities in the room need a little fixing, the shower door, for ex.

Location is great, has a barbeque table outside.
Unconfortable and unclean toilets in the room. We had no view in the room, we were booked viewing the back of the cabin. They charged us for 25€ breakfast that wasn't served. We had to ask for reimbursement.
