The guesthouse has a large shaded back yard adjacent to a river. There are multiple places, inside and outside to sit, talk and eat. A well equipped shared kitchen. My room was modern and spacious.
The landlady doesn't respond to Booking.com messages, though will answer questions face to face with translate app. A fair walk from the centre of town, but I knew that.

It looks so much better than the pictures. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The garden is lovely and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s about 1,5km from the Mocanita station. A bit far from the center but that’s okay.
The location shown on Google Maps is not exactly correct. The host was very kind and made sure I had a good stay despite language barriers. There is a shared kitchen and it is well equipped! 10/10 for this stay.
