About this villa rental
Villa 1 km from the splendid Solanas beach and located in a very quiet area surrounded by greenery. The villa is newly furnished and consists of 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with bunk bed but convertible into further double and one with bunk beds), large living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, additional external shower, access to internet, washing machine, satellite TV, fireplace, barbecue, heat pump, mosquito nets, two verandas with table where you can eat, large private garden with green lawn equipped with sunbeds, gazebo.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious home in a lovely location. We chose it for the shady terrace and outdoor spaces, and these did not disappoint! There’s a terrific outdoor shower (with hot water) and a nice grilling area. And it’s just 15 minutes from the beach.

The communication with Gianni before arrival went smoothly. The house is easy to find. We were warmly welcomed and instructed in the most important things. The house was extremely clean! The very good insulation, both of the walls and the windows, should also be emphasised. The latter protects against heat and noise. There are very well functioning air conditioning systems, although I try to avoid them if possible, as I cannot tolerate them. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things. The location allows you to get to Cagliari or Villasimius in reasonable time. The beach is within walking distance, although we are more into hiking, road cycling and boating. The outdoor area offers the possibility to sit down. However, we underestimated the main road. At least in September, it was very audibly busy. During the day it is not a problem, but in the morning, when you sleep with the window open, it is noticeable. There are restaurants within walking distance, and we particularly liked the pizzeria.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa. Our hosts were very welcoming and house was spotless. Solanas is lovely but not many restaurants, shops etc. Google maps not reliable re opening times and days so less local facilities than expected. Ideal for a quiet, relaxing break- car essential.
