PM Services Borovets Garden Apartments

Very clean, spacious modern apartment, cleaner popped in every day, had everything you needed in apartment, keys easily accessible. 10 min walk to gondola & lovely lit snowy walkway back from resort depending on which way you went. Very quiet on a night, no hotel ‘noise’

Pool & restaurant closed, could be an amazing property if all these facilities were up & running, health club was advertised on other posts, would have been great for after skiing,

garbage collection on a daily basis by cleaning lady changing the towels in every 3-4 days clean sheets and warm blankets available cleaning tools like mop etc. available public parking space in front of the building and on the backside of the building mini-market right outside

kitchen was not so clean and glasses/dishes had stains, some of the dishes were rusty or unusable outdoor windows and terrace doors could not be closed well so the coldness was coming inside and it was cold during the night even though the temperatures was higher than it should be for early February (what would be if it was colder...) Bed in the living room is good for one person, not for two due to some iron or wood bar inside the bed which makes sleeping totally uncomfortable. The host provided an additional layer of mattress but it was still hard for sleeping, even resting

The apartment was spacious and warm, however the beds weren't very comfortable at all. Also, there was some form of extractor fan or mechanical noise which started at 0730 and stopped at 1100 hrs, which seemed to come from below our room. Shame, as other friends who stayed in the same complex had much nicer apartments than this one.
