Really spacious and comfortable apartment in great location.

Really spacious apartment, for us the possibility to safely place our bikes and paddleboard in the basement compartment gave additional value. Car parking is in the underground garage, very spacious and comfortable also. The apartment itself is very well equipped with all the things you can need during your stay (cosmetics, olive oil, spices, coffee for Nespresso machine, sweet and salty snacks...). Beach is easily accessible in 3-4 minutes by walk, it's a private one with sunbeds free of charge and toilet/shower in private wooden cabin (very clean also). You can also find a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, the apartment is on the corner of the main street. Terrace gives some shade during the day thanks to flexible panels, with lounge seats and also big dinner table. Location itself is great for active holiday, would really recommend.

Don't know if it is some special sound effect, but the main street is quite loud also during the night, even if cars are going slowly and the traffic was not huge before the main season. Seems like a special echo, if you are used to quiet sleeping, you will need some days to adapt. I would also appreciate less soft mattresses, but this is more a personal preference than a drawback.

Extremly well equipped, nice and comfortable.

Nice and modern flat equipped with all necessary stuff. Beside the kitchenware you can find everything to cook, prepare something to eat except for the fresh ingredients. Even cosmetic products, toiletries were available to the maximum extent. We enjoyed the stay and plan to return again in another season.

Wunderschönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage

Sehr schönes und perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Die Ausstattung geht deutlich über den üblichen Grundbedarf für Küche und Bad hinaus. Das Apartment verfügt über einen sehr großen Sonnenbalkon. Der See und das Stadtzentrum sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen Apartment. PRIMA

Das Apartment hat eine moderne und umfangreichere Ausstattung. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das sich im Objekt befindliche Parkhaus was sauber mit großzügigen Stellplätzen. Die Lage des Apartments ist zentral und sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert völlig problemlos und kompetent. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner privater zugehöriger Seezugang mit diversem Zubehör. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein kleiner Punktabzug für die fehlenden Beschilderung im Treppenhaus/Garagenbereich.

Sehr gut ausgestattes, familienfreundliches Apartment

Das Apartment ist sehr gut und familienfreundlich ausgestattet, Tiefgaragenparkplatz bei der Unterkunft. Tolle Lage nahe dem See, privater Strandzugang (haben wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht genutzt).

Die Übergabe es Schlüssels an der Rezeption eines nahegelegenen Hotels gestalte sich unnötig schwierig. Anscheinend wurde vergessen zu notieren, dass ich den Schlüssel abholen komme obwohl vom Vermieter Bescheid gesagt wurde. Es lang an der Organisation der Rezeption.

Super ausgestattetes Appartement in guter Lage. 🙂

Wir haben noch nie so ein gut ausgestattetes Appartement gehabt, es wurde an alles gemacht und war genauso eingerichtet, wie man sich die eigene Wohnung vorstellt.

Der private Badebereich hätte etwas größer sein können, wenn man erst nachmittags kam, war es schwierig(er) einen Platz zu finden. Das Internet im Appartement war leider nicht ganz konstant.

Schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, sehr netter Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sogar Hochstuhl und Babybett sind vorhanden. Lage ist direkt im Ort, Billa und Bipa sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Das ausziehbare Sofa ist für Erwachsene nicht bequem zum Schlafen, ist wahrscheinlich nur für Kinder gedacht. Es war sehr warm in der Wohnung und wir konnten die Heizung nicht regulieren.

Es ist eine ganz tolle Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden, unglaublich. Der Besittzer ist überaus freundlich.. Auch der naheliegende Badeplatz hat uns gut gefallen.

Top-Quartier! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Wir hatten keine Verpflegung, Frühstück haben wir selbst zubereitet, der Supermarkt war in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe waren etliche Lokale für das Abendessen. Die Einrichtung hat ein sehr geschmackvolles Ambiente. Die Küchenschränke und Schubkästen waren gut gefüllt (Kaffeekapseln, Zucker, Salz, Senf, Pasta, Olivenöl usw.) Sogar ein Weinregal mit versch. Angeboten! Sehr geräumiger und gut ausgestatteter Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne. Zum Apartment gehört auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz. Parkmöglichkeiten im Umfeld sind sehr rar und kostenlos nur für Kurzzeitparken. Der persönliche Strandzugang (5 Min. Fußweg) mit Liegen, WC und Duschmöglichkeit ist auch eine angenehme Möglichkeit zum Baden im Wörthersee.

Bei geöffneten Fenstern ist Straßenlärm am frühen Morgen störend, aber dann wird das Fenster halt zugemacht!
