Exceptional view but a disappointing visit.

Check-in procedure was standard and smooth. Good directions were given to us on how and where to park our car. Amenities for being on the property were well explained. Location was fantastic. The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality plates, mugs, cutlery, etc. Very nice. The unit itself looked very pretty and well kept. The host / hotel was very accommodating with some re-scheduling we requested. We appreciate that a lot. Terrace and view from E07B were fantastic. Sofa bed wound up being a savior and was surprisingly comfortable.

There were numerous problems which were quite detrimental to our visit. First, we stayed in E07B penthouse apartment. The apartment advertised wi-fi. The wi-fi only worked if we were in the bed, meaning the smart TV and using our devices just a few meters away from that wall did not function. We notified the property and were told nothing could be done. There was no coffee provided in the room, only a couple tea bags. We had to buy coffee pods. There were no provided shampoos or body soaps for the shower. These two things surprised us, because this place was not cheap, but also not a big deal. Something to keep in mind. Also buy a roll of paper towels if you intend to use the apartment as an apartment (as we did - we cooked). That wasn't provided either. The pull-out sofa had what I can only describe as a "brown" stain on it. What the stain is, I don't know. We covered it with the provided linens and notified the property. The base of the eating table in the room was covered in short, black hairs. I only noticed this because I was cleaning up after my daughter had dropped some crumbs on the floor. We are HOPING these were dog hairs. The air conditioner in the unit did not function. The compressor piece never clicked on, from what we could tell, because it never blew cold air. This was problematic because the apartment is right on a lake and there are no mosquito / bug screens on the doors to the (admittedly lovely) terrace. So, the choice was sweat (because top floor apartment) or open the windows. My daughter was bitten up a lot by mosquitos. At least 5 bites, including one on her cheek. Finally, the beds were not ideal for us. They had zero support, to the point where we felt like we were sleeping in a V as the middle of the beds were completely caved in. Stomach sleeping or side sleeping on these mattresses was basically impossible for us.

quality accommodation in a nice area

The entire resort is beautiful, it was designed with care, it has a pleasant atmosphere. Each apartment has its own parking space in the resort's private garage. The private beach is comfortably laid out, and there are excellent opportunities for walking/biking tours, the whole area is wonderful. The apartment is well equipped, high quality, clean and well maintained, the side view from the terrace to the lake and the golf course is extraordinary. The breakfast is varied and of good quality, the staff is friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Martina from the reception, who very kindly helped in any situation!

Despite the fact that it has 4 berths, the living area proved to be quite cramped for a family of four. It can be ideal for 2 people (with max. 1 child). Although the house rules clearly prohibit barbecuing, some apartments seem to have equipped with barbeque, the use of which on the terrace caused a strong smell of food to spread around the area, which did not fit the atmosphere of the resort.

A big apartment with lake view

There was a lot of space with big terrace. Modern furniture and fully equipped kitchen. The private parking in garage. Two amazing restaurants on the territory. Still expensive but it worths

- Not clean beach. Only with grassy shore - There was a mouse in ap. B02. Our luggage was slightly bitten and damaged. If you like a little animals that’s room for you. We preferred to leave for one night earlier
