-der große zweiseitige Balkon mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick auf den See und die Gärten -die eigene Badestelle am See mit Schattenbäumen und Toilettenzugang -die ruhige Hanglage des Hauses -die freundlichen Vermieter

Die Küchenzeile ist eher für ein Frühstück und kleine Snacks gedacht.
