The only thing I’d say is the advertisement on the booking page said there was a washing machine in our room. When I arrived I noticed there wasn’t. I think there may have been one in the basement?? But otherwise, everything else was wonderful

Good accommodation in Stuttgart, good location for Mercedes

The apartment was clean and functional

The check in did not work well: if you get there past 9 pm you get a door code from a tablet in the hall but the code arrived a few minutes later and it was wrong. The gentleman at the phone was very kind but it is still annoying after a long trip. Also, our apartment was at the 3rd floor without a lift, not great with kids and luggages. Lastly, very minor point - there are no bins in the house.

Short stay over Xmas

Required room changed as needed lift for disability and child which was sorted without any issues. Requested late check out and was also provided as a good gesture. Really pleased with the owner and staff.

Confortable stay in Stuttgart

The location is excellent as it is near U-bahn stop. The pillows and beds are comfortable. The rooms are quiet as the windows have good sound insulation.

Dishwasher wasn't working and hasn't for a while. Informed the staff said they would report it to the Hausmeister, still not working when we left , air con not working. Very poor lighting, No kitchen roll or roasting tray in oven, fan not working in Bathroom, small shelf required in shower, broken toilet brush, safe not working, no hooks for dressing gowns. Need an extra bin in the bedroom and a lack of plugs in the bedroom

Okay but room for improvement.

Located in a quiet area 30 minutes walk from the city centre and 25 minutes walk to Bad Cannstatt but there is public transport via Tramlines, in front of the property and paying machines on the platforms for convenience. There’s a fairly sized supermarket opposite named Penny, we recommend a local bakery named Cafe Schwabenback which is 2 doors away and there are a few food places in walking distance. We met Mike upon arrival as we had an issue with the app and he helped us check-in, once we got going it was easy to operate. Mike was polite, friendly and helped us carry one of our large suitcases up to the 3rd floor. Throughout our stay we requested a few supplies which was met efficiently. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was fairly equipped. The bed and sofa was comfortable, dining table and chairs okay. Handy heating/air-con system through the hallway and it was fairly clean throughout. Windows everywhere and a balcony for good ventilation.

Before check-in the app wasn’t working and we were told to check-in at the cafe (which is attached to the building). Luckily we arrived as the cafe was closing (public transport got delayed), otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to access the property via app. On the listing it stated there was a lift but there wasn’t and we found it a struggle as we had 2 large suitcases and one hand luggage which was also heavy. Message communication was a bit slow but got things done quicker in person. The apartment had a few issues:- The shower doors was loose and didn’t shut properly. The bathroom basin stopper wasn’t attached to the lever behind the tap therefore couldn’t fill it. The rug in the bedroom is a trip hazard and the long mirror in the hallway is warped which was disorientating. Bathroom extractor fan not working therefore we had to leave the door open as it began to smell of damp.

Great for an individual traveller like me

Apartment was super-clean, everything is absolutely new, and they have good AC. All the necessary appliences are also available - for ironing, cooking, making coffee, tea, etc.

Just as the name says.. Cozy.

The building is modern and clean. The apartment is spacious… Kitchen well prepared. Bathroom size is good. Elevator… secure entrance. Clean. The host is very flexible and the people around the place were very kind and helpful.

Yes it does have an AC but only at the bedroom side and for me it was not doing a great job. It felt a bit warm.

Spacious, clean apartments

The apartments were very clean and comfortable. We had late check in and were able to easily get the keys from a lockbox with a code. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. One building had a lift which was helpful with luggage. We were near 2 different parks and street parking was usually easy to find.

I felt as though the amenities offered didn't necessarily match the listing. It said all toiletries provided, but there was hand soap at the sink and body wash in the shower - no shampoo or conditioner. I believe the listing also mentioned a washing machine, but we did not have one in either unit. We struggled to get the apartments cleaned regularly, which isn't a big deal, but ran low on towels and ran out of toilet paper on the last day. One of the buildings does not have a lift and we were on the top floor (4), so that was a bit of a pain with luggage. None of these shortcomings were hugely impactful, though, and we enjoyed our stay.

An apart-hotel good, with parking space, at a decent price

It is a nice apart-hotel close to the center of Stuttgart. We used the tram to get to the center, but on return we had a walk and it was close. The apartment is nice, you have everything you need there.

Apart from I'm too short, the room was excellent!

Air Condition, the days we stayed were really hot. Sofa bed was really good. My teenage kids slept very well.

There was no microwave or oven in the room, that means I need to cook from the raw materials. hahaha. And the towels and bowls were put on the hanger and shelf too high for Asian female. I need my son helped me to get them. hahaha.

I was trying to check additional info before I arrived. But have difficult to reach out to them as their response to the message is super slow. Sometimes I need to ask two time to get my answer. Also, when I checked in before 7, no one was there to assist me and provide me check in info. The late evening self check in should star from 7 but not 6… No oven is very inconvenient.

Very Cosy Rooms

WiFi did not work, TV in the bedroom without signal. Missing batteries in the remote control. Good advice: better to ask for the bill directly at check in, otherwise you have to ask even though you have already paid and to be honest I am still waiting for the bill. Calling didn't help either because no one answered the phone. It's a shame because the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Dishwasher was broken (Staff asked the cleaning lady to wash our dishes) Clothes dryers were in a really bad shape. Figured out that the filters never have been cleaned. Ever.

Everything was perfect!

The receptionist were super friendly and the apartments absolutely stunning. Soo much space! I'm traveling regularly due to work and never stayed in such a lovely place before! One can truly see that the place is family-owned and that the owners (and the whole team!) put a lot of effort into creating something unique! I'll definitely come by again!
