Even if we book at 6pm for the night, the host (the daughter of the actual host) was really warm and kind to provide everything in a perfect way to let us check in immediately with a very short notice. She suggested everything for our short stay and put in the fridge for us a couple of bottles of water. She could also understand Italian with no problem and also speak it a bit fluently. The apartment is quite big with a nice common area with a sofa bed. There are two more rooms with 2 castle beds each one. The bathroom is quite big. We didn't use it but the guest told us there was also Netflix included. Check out was easy and fast. We left the key in the apartment upstairs.
I'd say nothing.

Good location, close to centre of Ermoupolis, very clean apartment
Busy road, we got our laundry stolen (two brand new cotton beach towels) from outside of the house on the pavement the last night of our stay...unbelievable
