Piso Coqueto

Everything. Really cosy and cute, exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Located in the heart of Alicante with all amenities on the doorstep. Lovely lady Carmen who meets you to give the apartmemt keys.

Due to the location in the centre of a lively city, there is noise from people in the surrounding bars/restaurants until late and in to the early hours.

I loved everything! They had everything you could need, like umbrellas, beach umbrellas, shampoo etc. I appreciated the love for detail, like even the kitchen cloth was folded nicely. And it was super clean!

The location is great but it is a bit loud outside because it‘s so central. I expected that because I saw it in another review so I brought ear plugs so just be aware. In return you are right in the middle of the city.

Much larger than a hotel room for similar money.

Quite dated and very poor soundproofing, and it may be an issue for some people as it is placed in a very busy area. Also the communication isn't great. I contacted the number on booking.com and they gave me another number for the person in charge. She didn't respond for quite a long time which confused me. And when they responded it was clear they do not speak English as the mesage didn't make sense. In the end I found the appartment but it wasn't ready yet. It could be much better if they could just inform me to wait a bit because they are still cleaning the appartment.

The location is fabulous, in the heart of Alicante just minutes walk to the beach and marina

It’s a bit small and not much air in the room also there is no air conditioning or heating, in the shower there is no fan so if you take a shower it’s gonna be moulding and moister all over the place
