About this house rental
Far from any tourist bustle, for rent lovely T2 of 40 m2 on the ground floor in a Basque individual house in Anglet (Basque Country). Calm neighborhood;
Free tourist tax because TAKEN CARE by the owner (rental declared). about 1.70 euros per day and per person. Close to all shops, supermarkets (1km), free beaches at 2 km with access by bus (300m) or bikes loaned by the city (1km). Close to the Chiberta forest with health trail and cycle paths, Spain (35km) and the mountains.
Has a secure enclosure for your bikes.
Ideal for 1 couple with 2 children
Rental 2 couples refused (to preserve the quality of the holidays).
Smoking allowed.
Housekeeping done with care.
The beds are made. So as soon as you arrive you can drop off your luggage and go straight to the beach.
All linens are provided.(sheets, tea towels, bath towels); The beds are made. You can therefore go to the beach as soon as you arrive.
Washing machine loaned for 2 weeks rental.
Equipment: kitchenette open to living room with 2 ceramic hobs
Bread grill, coffee maker, garden grill, fridge, small baking oven, all in pristine and new condition.

Private garden area with ping pong table and possibility of outdoor dining plus sunbathing not overlooked with sun loungers provided.
