Everything we found was in line with the description. The apartment is pretty, well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. The terrace is south-west facing and quite private.
It´s only a few minutes walk to the beach (and bakery), 10 minutes walk to a well-supplied supermarket and a good half-hour to the center of Biarritz.
In shoulder & high season (may-oct), parking is not free in the area and especially, it is limited in time, so I strongly suggest renting the garage as well. (We stayed in April and did not have problems to park in the street).
Good communication with the host.

Nous avons bénéficié d'un séjour extraordinaire dans cette location tout confort au décor très personnalisé située dans une jolie résidence verdoyante et fleurie, à proximité des plages et des commerces.
Nos hôtes sympathiques étaient facilement joignables et avaient un réel souci de nous rendre le séjour agréable.
Nous espérons bien y retourner.

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub und wir kommen gern wieder.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sehr gut für Fragen erreichbar. Und das Appartment ist neu renoviert, es fehlt an nichts und die Lage ist ideal - in Srandnähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig.
