New apartment located on the ground floor with large terrace and outdoor lounge. It consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, a large living room with a dining room and a living room with sofa bed (for two people), two single bedrooms (one with community bed; the second with twin beds) and one bathroom with washing machine. Reversible air conditioning. Flat screen TV with Canalsat satellite. Wifi and internet available. An outdoor lounge under a covered terrace. Outdoor dining room and sun loungers on the terrace. Community pool nearby.
Sheets and towels are provided for the stay. Final cleaning is compulsory (€ 100.00).

Finding the apartment was difficult. The service lane is not well marked off the road.
We found the apartment clean and very presentable.
The fuse to the hot water and washing machine was turned off. This needs to be turned on before guests arrive as we had no idea how to turn the hot water on.
When we arrived we also found a cold water leak from a pipe in the bathroom which flooded the floor. After clearing this up we needed to put towels and a bowl under the leak for the rest of our stay.
The only other criticism was the lack of a kettle and tea pot.
The location was good and we had a great time.
