All was clean and prepared for us.

Overall it was a good stay.

The location, host kindness, transport link, facilities( in kitchen and in lounge), Wi Fi access and a tablet to use.

There was not enough ventilation in the shower room There was a little bit of smell of dampness in the shower room. Also the fact that the toilet was facing the lounge.

L'emplacement est idéal pour les transports ou les besoins alimentaires (Lidl juste en bas de la rue). Une télévision à disposition, grande salle de bain, canapé confortable, de même pour le lit.

Les bruits ambiants (fête tard le soir, des fou qui passent devant, le refroidissement du frigo juste devant la chambre), beaucoup de poussière donc beaucoup de mal à respirer pour dormir, couverts/assiettes lavés à moitié, fenêtres condamnés donc pas possible d'aérer (mais je peux comprendre, si c'est pour éviter aux gens de dehors d'être curieux et regarder par la fenêtre).

Für eine Nacht geht´s

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man für eine Nacht braucht. Es war sogar noch Platz genug für mein Fahrrad. Und sie liegt ziemlich zentral. Das Wifi war topp. Der Checkin einfacher als vermutet.

Die Duscharmatur ist ziemlich verkalkt und das Wasser schwer zu regulieren (mit nassen Händen). Mir fehlte das Nachtlicht. Und eine Klimaanlage, wegen der ebenerdigen Lage und der fehlenden Fensterlüftung, wäre gut gewesen. Dass von außen nicht erkennbar war, dass in diesem Haus noch andere Menschen wohnen, machten die nächtlichen Geräusche ziemlich unheimlich.

Bon séjour mais prestation qui se dégrade un peu...

C'est la 2ème fois que je viens. L'emplacement est au top, proche de la gare et du centre. Très pratique avec la boite à clés. L'appartement est toujours accueillant et plutôt calme et propre mais...

...un peu de déception par rapport à la première fois car il n'y a plus guère d'ustensiles de cuisine (couverts, bols... mais aussi savon, torchon, poubelle de sdb, rideau de douche), quelques petits travaux en entretien sont nécessaires ! (carrelages cassés, fenêtre bloquée, matelas en mauvais état à présent, murs sales...) et surtout une odeur dans les WC et enfin il fait très froid en hiver, le chauffage est bloqué dans la chambre et la sdb, il faisait 18,5° dans la chambre !

Il manque quelques détails faciles corriger : savon, torchon, poubelle de salle de bain…

La literie et le canapé ne sont pas confortables du tout ! Faudrait envisager de les changer. Pas vraiment d’emplacements voiture en proximité et quartier assez mal fréquenté on était pas très rassuré alors qu’il était que 20h
