A super patient host as we got lost and went to the wrong apartment!!! A very cosy place with everything you would need for your stay. Parking was a fair way away, but only a couple of euros overnight.

Très cozy, agréable avec deux trois défauts :)

Même si à première vu la cours et les lieux extérieurs ne payent pas de mine, l'intérieur est très confortable, cozy et bien aménagé. Une douche grade et agréable, un canapé confortable tout comme la literie qui est très appréciable.

Il manque d'équipement de cuisine. Une petite casserole, une poêle, 2 fourchette, 2 couteaux, etc. Très peu d'ustensile. La douche à manqué régulièrement d'eau chaude et la température du logement qui a fluctuée. Mais bon, à côté des points positif, ça va :) :)

Pourrait mieux faire, surtout la propreté

A minima changer les draps est un élément essentiel, le ménage était très moyen, le canapé très usé et une odeur d'urine dans les toilettes assez désagréable, le rideaux de douche serait à raccourcir et changer par un neuf, l'éclairage de la douche est faible

Il n’a manqué peu de choses pour que ce soit parfait

Il manquait une serviette de bains. Les fenêtres sont fermées à clé. Gravement dangereux en cas d’incendie. L’équipement de la cuisine est plus que succinct. Nous sommes rentrées avec, ce matin des piqûres de punaises de lit. Mais ça pas possible de les détecter par le propriétaire, nous ne le mettons donc pas en cause. L’hébergement est spacieux, avec une décoration sympathique et une localisation proche du centre et de la gare. Le contact avec le propriétaire très facile. Il manque donc quelques modifications pour que tout soit parfait

Court mais bien

Bien situé Logement spacieux et atypique Petite cours (même si en travaux) qu’il est agréable d’avoir et la fenêtre de la chambre qui donne dessus pour le soir car il faisait chaud Code et boîte à clef pratique pour rentrer dans le logement

Se garer est compliqué En lisant les commentaires je pensais que certains en faisaient trop pour les draps qui n’étaient pas en coton mais après expérience je confirme que c’est désagréable car cela vous fait horriblement transpirer Le protège matelas s’est enlevé dans la nuit Au matin j’ai vu le matelas (trop mou pour moi) assez sale il faudrait le changer Les fenêtres côté rue ne s’ouvrent pas du tout je pense qu’il faut revoir la sécurité pour qu’on puisse ouvrir un minimum les fenêtres même à bascule Manque d’un support pour savon/gel douche dans la douche

Séjour très agréable !

Appartement atypique et très bien situé, parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. Émile est un hôte réactif et très arrangeant. Je n’ai pas utilisé la cuisine, mais elle semble fonctionnelle. L’extérieur est en cours de finition, ce qui montre l’investissement et le courage du propriétaire pour faire de ce lieu chargé d’histoire un endroit chaleureux et accueillant. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Gut geeignet für Kurzaufenthalt

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war effizient und angenehm. Der Zugang zur Wohnung war bei Ankunft mit einem Anruf, um die Codes für Haustür und Schlüsselbox zu erhalten, direkt möglich. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist, nun, etwas ungewöhnlich 😉 (aber absolut kein Grund zur Besorgnis), aber die Wohnung ist nett, insbesondere der Wohnbereich. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist die Wohnung gut geeignet, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend.

"nicht gefallen" ist übertrieben, eher Anregungen für Verbesserungen: Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist ein wenig minimalistisch. Die Plastikabdeckung die Matratze ist sicher gewöhnungsbedürftig.

spacieux mais un équipement à améliorer et un ménage en profondeur conseillé

le ménage n'est pas fait de manière très efficace. J'ai aperçu plusieurs toiles d'araignées et je me suis réveillée le matin avec des piqures sur un bras... donc pas très agréable. il manque un grille pain indispensable pour le petit dejeuner et le sèche cheveux est vraiment à remplacer. le lit est très mou. et la housse de protection du matelas en plastique est insupportable. j'ai dû la retirer pour pouvoir dormir.
