Nice apartment

Everything that we needed was there - washing machine, kitchen utensils, salt, coffee. Close to public parking

There is little space for personal belongings, no shelves in the wardrobe

Lovely Place

Good equipment, comfortable bed, good air con, lovely area in old town key collection was easy and the info text to me was useful Any questions I had were answered quickly. The old town was lovely and the marina was buzzing in the evenings.

Parking was a little tricky not always a space, location was very up hill.

The personnel was really friendly and welcoming. We encountered no problem with the accommodation and whenever there was a problem with anything else, Antoni was always ready to help us. The room itself was clean an ready when we arrived, supplied with everything one would need, everything worked perfectly. I recommend this!

The host was very nice and friendly. He allowed us to stay in the apartment after official check-out as there were no guests after us, very pleasant benefit. The apartment was clean and nice, exactly as per photos. Good location near city center and shop. Kitchen greatly equipped. No problem at all, we will come back for sure.

Absolutely wonderful location, very pleasant host, excellent accomodation, very modern appliances in nice romantic stone house. Absolutely georgeous!

We went before season and during corona pandemic, therefore parking was ok for us. But this might be an issue during high season (this would be true about each and every accomodarion in historical center of Vrsar). Although we would not mind considering everything else.

Eine saubere Unterkunft mit guter Parkmöglichkeit, ohne Urlaubsfeeling

Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, zentrale Lage der sauberen Unterkunft . Frische Handtücher bei Bedarf. Gute Betten.

Die Fenster waren in Beinhöhe. Die Aussicht ging auf die andere Strassenseite und den Fußballplatz, nicht wie beschrieben auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit. In den Schlafzimmern war es laut, da auf dieser Seite die Hauptverkehrsstraße entlang geht. Das eine Schlafzimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer waren räumlich stark eingeengt, da die Tür den Raum „blockierte“ Die Klimaanlage war nur am Gang, somit mussten die Schlafzimmertüren auch nachts offen bleiben- das Appartement war eine Dachgeschosswohnung.

Het appartement was voor 4 personen, maar wij als 4 volwassenen hebben het als krap ervaren. Vooral de living. Je kon nauwelijks met z’n 2 bij het keukenblokje. Er stond een bank maar om daar nu met z’n vieren op de gaan zitten. Verder stond er een keukentafel met 6 stoelen. Er is een wasmachine aanwezig wat ideaal was, echter kon je deze niet gebruiken als bv het koffieapparaat aan stond of het fornuis. Dan was er kortsluiting. Er zou naar gekeken worden maar dat is tijdens ons verblijf niet gebeurt. Wij hadden een wasrekje meegenomen die aan de deur kon worden gehangen want voor de aanwezige staande wasrek was geen plaats. In het appartement is een airco geplaatst in 1 van de slaapkamers, helaas had de andere slaapkamer daar geen effect van. Verder hebben we een bezem gemist. We moesten vragen om verschoning van de bedden bij een verblijf van bijna 3 weken. Ook hebben we om extra handdoeken gevraagd. En gekregen. Bij Booking worden allerlei foto’s getoond maar onduidelijk is bij welke foto bij welk appartement hoort. Verder hebben we een balkon erg gemist. Gelukkig was het prachtig weer en waren overdag en ‘s avonds veel weg.

Мне понравилось месторасположение объекта, наличие балкона, большая и удобная кровать, а также чистота номера. Полная замена полотенец через 5 дней пребывания. Удобная коммуникация с владельцем квартиры, подробные объяснения и быстрое реагирование на вопросы и сообщения.

Номер оказался тесным: войдя во входную дверь, сразу попадаешь в кухню и жилую зону. Не предусмотрено место для снятия обуви и верхней одежды, отсутствуют крючки или полки для мелочей (ключей, очков и т.п.). Кухня очень маленькая, с одной розеткой — невозможно одновременно подключить два электроприбора. Платяной шкаф также очень тесный и имеет только отделения для вешалок, без полок для белья.

+ Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i pachnące - miło się wprowadzić + TV z netflix i internetem - można połączyć z telefonem + bliskość centrum i małego "ryneczku" z restauracjami, muzyką na żywo. Do plaż tez można sprawnie dość piechotą. + bliskość parkingu miejskiego bezpłatnego z dużą ilością miejsc

Jako dobra lokacija,stari grad,blizina plaže i centra,ugodna klima,relativno dobro opremljena kuhinja.Dobra bežična povezanost,laka komunikacija s kontakt osobom.

Nema prostor niti prilagođeni način sušenja ručnika,odjeće za kupanje.Kupaonica nema ventilaciju.Kuhinja nema pećnicu.

Una bella sorpresa alle porte di Vrsar

L'alloggio era posizionato molto vicino al centro cittadino e alla spiaggia principale. Inoltre, non essendo in pieno centro, rendeva comoda l'esplorazione dei dintorni. La cucina era molto ben fornita e il bagno ampio. Ampia disponibilità di parcheggio. Presente la lavatrice e tutto il necessario per pulire gli ambienti e fare il bucato. Presenza di smart TV.

L'assenza di uno spazio esterno privato (nonostante fosse fruibile lo spazio antistante il portone su strada interna) e la camera da letto un po' piccolina. La casa inoltre presenta scalini all'ingresso che la rendono un po' scomoda. L'ambiente era un po' umido ma arieggiando e accendendo l'aria condizionata la situazione è sufficientemente migliorata. La cucina necessiterebbe di una cappa di aspirazione.

Top schön mitten in Vrsar

Sehr schönes Appartement in Vrsar man ist quasi in der Altstad. Was besonders schön ist sind die Steinwände von innen. Es ist alles schön renoviert und top. Die Gastgeberin Svjetlana ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten das Auto ca. 100m vom Appartement gratis abstellen.

Tolles Appartement in super Lage

Hallo. Die Vermieterin hat mir per Whatsapp geschrieben welche Fach mit welchen Codenummer zum aufmachen ist. Wir haben auch auf english telefoniert weil wir erst keinen Parkplatz bekommen haben. Dann war alles ok! Schönes Geschirr war da und das Mobiliar sehr gemütlich. Am Balkon sind wir spät am Abend auch gerne gesessen! Danke🍀

Es war kein Teebeuteln oder Kaffee, auch keinen Zucker in den Kasten. Schade, weil Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher und auch eine Mikrowelle war vorhanden...
