Great value, comfortable place with a very friendly host in a wonderful town

The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped and reasonably clean. The owner was very friendly and warmly welcoming. Parking right in front of the property was very convenient. Certainly it is great value for the price. Vrsar is a marvelous little town.

The location is a little outside the main part of town. Although the apartment was comfortable, there was an unusual smell that was a little unpleasant.

The apartment was well equipped, clean, the owner was very friendly.Location of the apartment is on small hill, 10 minutes walk to the sea and is ideal for exploring the surroundings by bike or on foot.

The apartment is close to the main road. Due to the bad windows, traffic can be heard. The walls and ceilings are very poorly insulated so it can be heard even when someone goes to the toilet. The owners get up early and there is quite a bit of rumbling.The beds are harder and less comfortable.In front of the apartment there is space for two cars, parking is about 40 m away

Read the written description of the flat you book and do not be misled by the mixed up photos.

The owner was friendly enough. The location was good as in it was not far to the beach to walk. A fair price.

The flat really is not big enough for 6 people and as a result we left early. The sofa bed was hard and not comfortable. The other 2 double beds were not comfortable. This is not the owners fault. We should have read the description on Booking better and not just look at the very misleading photos as there are a number of flats in the building. We were very squashed. The kitchen was tiny with no work space. Our balcony was shared with other guests with a divider between. The smaller balcony on the other side overlooking a busy road looked on to another flat and a canopy covering a seating area of other guests. Again the photos were misleading. There was no garden view but we looked onto the road which was busy and loud. We had to park on the street as her other guest had parked badly and the other parking place is for guests of another flat in the building, the owner of which was not friendly.

We heart other people in the other apartments. Our Appartement was to the main street which was a bit noisy. We couldn’t really coke as the was only one stovetop.

Guter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage.

Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und guter Ausstattung. Alles vorhanden was man in einer Fewo benötigt. Sogar eine umweltfreundliche Waschmaschine und sehrgute Klimaanlage.

Schlüsselübergabe - trotz das der Vermieter im Haus in der oberen Etage wohnt, nicht ganz einfach. Da keine Klingel vorhanden nur telefonisch erreichbar.

Odmor za dušu i telo !

Sve je fenomenalno! Čist, udoban smeštaj, opremljen svim neophodnim stvarima, do najmanjih sitnica! Udobni kreveti, velika terasa .... Odlična lokacija, na samo 5-10 min hoda od plaže, a opet blizu centra i starog grada. Divni i ljubazni vlasnici 🍀♥️ Vratićemo se opet sigurno. Sve preporuke.

A két terasz és a lakás elrendezése szuper volt! Most családdal voltunk, 4 éve csak a párommal, de akkor is nagyon meg voltunk elégedve!

A konyhapult igen pici, nehéz rajta főzni, de azért megoldható.

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und für 2 Personen ideal. Die Räder waren sicher untergebracht. Die Lage ist super, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich.

Remek lokáció, jól felszerelt apartman

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű és jól felszerelt, erkélyes apartman, külön fürdőszobával. Sétatávolságra a strandtól és az óvárostól is. A szállásadó érkezéskor várt ránk, előbb bepakolhattunk, ez nagy segítség volt a melegben.

Bár az egyirányú utcában ingyenes a parkolás, de a többapartmanos házhoz csak 2 db parkolóhely tartozik, amit a szállásadó a tartózkodás hosszának függvényében engedélyez. Szemben lévő apartman tulajdonosai pedig motorok elhelyezésével akadályozzák a parkolást - többnyire szerencsénk volt és találtunk helyet a környéken. A város előtti ingyenes parkoló is közel van. Szobánk apró volt ("Little one"), de a célnak megfelelt (4 éjszakát töltöttünk itt).
