    Cleaning staff and receptionist staff lovely very helpful. The location is excellent. Two bed Condo style could've done with more cups plates, cooking equipment et cetera but was fine . For the money it's plenty of room that is comfortable and the balcony had a nice view at the fourth floor with trees right below.. I extended twice so I guess I must've liked it!

    I've stayed in probably 20-25 different homestay buildings in Vietnam over the past 7 years and this is for sure my favourite one when everything is considered. First we had the basic studio which was fine for most people but for me I needed a desk for workspace, so we moved into a 2 bed studio for a 2nd stay of 10 days and it was amazing. Had a huge workspace where 2 monitors fit on the desk and lots of space in the apartment overall. It's VERY clean and well kept by the staff and the location is literally perfect for da nang. Anything you can need for necessities is within 1-2 mins walking and my gym was a short 5 min walk. Amazing choice for anyone with a short or long stay.

    This apartment building is really awesome. We had the smallest room for one week which was great, had everything most people need. I personally need a desk with space so when we go back for another check in tomorrow we booked the larger studio room with 2 beds that also had a desk and more space. The staff is really helpful and always downstairs. The lift is quick and works well. The apartments are clean and well maintained, no bugs or anything like that at all, just totally clean. And the area is perfect, you have everything nearby within 1-2 mins walking. We will go back tomorrow for another 9 day stay and will probably look for this same property first every time we come back to da nang in the future.
