About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Casa Blanca, Rakalj Istria ! ! !
This light, bright and airy villa is the ideal place to relax. Looking out onto the turquoise colored waters of the sea and the island Crest. Outdoor living is a real treat, on one side of the house there is a spacious, part-decked sun terrace around the private pool and on the other, a covered dining terrace. Next to this is a comfortable, shaded seating area. Inside the villa is spacious and very comfortable, with all bedrooms having en-suite facilities.
The villa is perfect for common vacations of multiple families or parties: 3 of the four bed-rooms with their separate bathrooms have their own entrance from the outside, while sharing the outside area, the living-room and the kitchen.
The villa is located beautifully outside of Rakalj, on the way from Rakalj to the beach. You reach the nearest beach in 3 min by car (with a tasty fish restaurant right there) and 25 min by foot.
The area around Rakalj is much quieter, less touristy and more interesting regarding its landscape and nature than the west coast of Istria. It's a fun area not only in regard of the lovely bays with lonely beaches, but also for hiking, mountain-biking, diving or cruising the country-side with a quad.
Next airport in Pula is 25 min by car. Next bakery, restaurants and supermarket 3-5 min by car. We have a key safe for the guests, so that you can arrive flexible.

Not included in the weekly price is the pool heating. In case you would like a heated pool this requires 100 € per week extra payment in the low season and 50 € in July/August season.

Wir waren zu 6. im Ferienhaus und hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und besonders die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Hier lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt waren absolut unkompliziert. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Auch für Babys absolut geeignet.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war reibungslos. Das Haus ist sehr schön und vor allem die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr vielseitig. Insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub.

Nous allons depuis plusieurs années dans la région de Rakalj. La Villa Blanca est la plus agréable des villas que nous avons louées. L'absence de climatisation ne nous a pas dérangé L'environnement est très calme et des terrasses du premier étage il y a une très belle vue. La maison est très bien équipée que ce soit en vaisselle, électroménager, barbecue. La literie est de bonne qualité (souvent le point faible dans les locations). Nous avons loué 3 semaines et aurions aimé un passage supplémentaire de la femme de ménage (1 fois en 3 semaines) mais sans doute me suis je fais mal comprendre ma maîtrise de l'anglais étant moyenne... les propriétaires ont régulièrement pris de nos nouvelles . Nous recommandons la locatio de cette villa

We had a very kind and friendly welcome at the Vila Casa blanca although we arrived late. The villa is very well equipped and nicely decorated and furnished, very clean, great for children to enjoy nature. Vila is 1km from shop and 1.5km from beach - one of nicest in Istria not crowded. The vilage is rural, peaceful and is excellently situated to explore the rest of Istria and enjoy beatifull beaches. The neigbourhoud is stuning with olive trees, figs, lavander, salvia and many other mediterranian spices. Close is small goat farm where we bought wonderfull cheese.I recomend it.
