About this villa rental
This appealing villa is located in the village Rakalj, the south-eastern part of the Istrian peninsula. Surrounded by spacious, well maintained property (943 m2) with private pool and olive trees.
Guests enter into the fenced area through the automatic gate and leave the car within the holiday property.
Covered summer kitchen with grill and garden furniture are perfect place for the relaxed family gatherings. Plenty of outside activities offered on multi-level terraces and areas are even connected by the small bridge. The scent of the Mediterranean garden and nearby forest will enrich guests' impression of the surrounding. This villa assures peaceful holiday in complete privacy and safety.
The interior space is carefully designed to charm with its elegance. Yet, the warmth and authenticity of the Istrian architecture is kept by the well preserved details from the past, as wooden beams on the ceiling and stone walls.
Spacious interior space is divided on the ground floor, first and second floor. This villa features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchen. Two bedrooms on the second floor are attic rooms with low ceiling.
Local people from the nearby villages offer variety of home made products: olive oil, cheese, smoked ham, brandy wine, schnapps...
Within 3 km reach, there are beautiful remote beaches.
Property is 27 km distanced from the historic city of Pula, with its vigorous city life, crowded streets and vibrant atmosphere. The famous Roman Colosseum is the center of cultural summer festival : concerts, ballet, operas, film festival etc.
For the nature lovers there is National park Brijuni: the archipelago of the 16 islands ; nature park- cape Kamenjak: protected landscape with incredible beaches, bays and hidden places..
Children will certainly be challenged to visit Dinopark in Funtana, the first amusement and theme park in Croatia where the life-size dinosaurs are the main topic, or get to know the sea word presented in Aquarium in Pula , Aqua land in Poreč or Novigrad...

Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa und super für mehrere Familien geeignet! Sehr sauber und eine unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Haben und sogar einen vergessenen Hut hinterher geschickt. Der Hauswein ist zudem auch sehr lecker gewesen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren eine Woche dort und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Wir waren insgesamt mit 12 Personen darunter Kleinkindern und zusätzlich kleinen 2 Hunden. Hat vom Platz gereicht und es war ideal da man vorne das Tor schließen kann und alle können sich dann im Hof bewegen ohne abzuhauen. Pool ist perfekt, Größe ist ausreichend, es gibt genügend Liegen und Sonnenterrassen. Für die Kleinen gibt es eine kleinen Spielplatz und eine Spielhaus mit sehr vielen Spielzeugen. Die Villa selber war sauber und alles hat funktioniert wie es soll. Wir waren alle begeistert. Haus ist sehr akkurat eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details. Man merkt das man sich hier Mühe gegeben hat. Wir kommen höchstwahrscheinlich noch mal.

Die Villa Miculini war wirklich der perfekte Aufenthaltsort für unseren Familienurlaub. Wir sind mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (1,1 und 3) gekommen und hatten eine super Zeit.
Das Haus war perfekt sauber, ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und eine eigene kleine Ankleide. Die Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer sind Goldwert an heißen Tagen und warmen Nächten.
Die Außenanlage ist wirklich traumhaft, viele kleine einzelne Bereiche sorgen dafür dass man sich auch in einer großen Gruppe mal zurückziehen kann. Der Pool war wirklich einzigartig und für uns ein wahnsinniger Pluspunkt: Die Außenküche. Wir haben uns oft frischen Fisch vom Fischmarkt in Pula geholt oder draußen gegrillt. Wir haben nur einmal drinnen gegessen. Bei der Außenküche ist auch ein Klo mit dabei, auch sehr praktisch.
Die Vermieter sind wirklich super nett, sprechen gutes Englisch und waren immer total hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der eigentlich alles hat was man braucht. Die Pizzeria im Ort können wir nicht empfehlen, wir waren zwar nicht drin, aber sie ist wirklich nicht sehr einladend. Das andere Restaurant im Ort hat seit Corona leider geschlossen. Also muss man in den nächsten Ort fahren zum Essen gehen, wo man wirklich super Essen gehen kann, aber eben nicht zu Fuß. Wobei wir nur 2 mal waren und das dann auch kein Problem für uns war ;)
Die umliegenden Strände sind auch in 5 bis 20 Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren jeden Tag an einer anderen kleinen Bucht, die kristallklares Wasser und ziemlich ruhig gelegen sind.
Wir können das Haus wirklich jedem Empfehlen, vor allem wenn man einen ruhigeren Urlaub mit weniger Action wünscht!
