Modern VeraPlaya Apartment: Wifi + Pool + Garden

We stayed for 14 nights at the apartment and we were very impressed. The apartment is very modern, clean throughout and very well stocked. It has a lovely garden and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus as we were staying with my parents. The owner Jorge kept in regular touch with us before and during our stay making sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Rosa, who lives upstairs, was also very welcoming and on hand to answer any questions. The apartment is close to many different shops and bars, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to Garrucha. There is ample parking but a car is not needed as there is a regular bus service to all the local towns. I highly recommend this apartment, it’s suitable for both couples and families and we will definitely be staying again.

The apartment is very comfortable, very private, located in a complex of many apartments with two large pools and a gated entrance. It is near many shops, restaurants, grocery stores and within a ten minute walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly when we had questions on WhatsApp....Rosa, who lives in an apartment above, was also very helpful. The apartment is nicely furnished, very modern...the second bedroom is more useful for children or one adult although two people can sleep there. We never needed air conditioning and each room has ceiling fans. The kitchen is small but nicely furnished with the essentials. The main bedroom has a full sized bed. For the price this was a nice choice for us. We spent a month here and traveled also to Alicante, Valencia and Almeria. A must see is Mojacar during the day or night...we went there to shop and eat on at least 5 occasions. .Locally visit the Bistro on the beach for great and reasonable food. I often walked from our apartment to the beach and then to downtown Garrucha and back to the apartment in a little over an hour. The airport at Almeria is less than an hour away....Again...a great location...
