Apartamento La Gambita de Garrucha

I liked the location, the modern look, TV also in the bedroom, study table, the balcony, the roof poo with a shower, lift in the building, excellent WiFi, fancy bathroom mirror, comfy bed, air conditioner working properly, the capsules coffee maker. The apartment is convenient to go to the beach and the supermarket (there's a Mercadona at the bottom of the street) Bus stop to visit Mojácar is also within a walking distance of the apartment. Plenty of restaurants near by. A place to do your nails without appointment just across the supermarket!

It could be improved with a few details: the kitchenware was a bit limited (it could do with more plates, glasses and bowls); there wasn't any full length mirror what's something most places have (you couldn't check your outfit before going out); the door in the bathroom didn't open properly (it needs to be shortened, so won't touch the floor); the old fashioned bath could be replaced for a more convenient walk-in shower (very slippery); there was only a key for the property (it will be handy an extra one when there's more than one adult); the storage was very limited, specially for clothes (only one wardrobe without drawers), this can be a problem when booked for various guests. The pool was in the small side.

Punts positius: la persona que ha estat pendent del check-in i out ha estat molt amable i comunicativa; matalàs molt còmode pel nostre gust (ferm); A/C centralitzat a tot el pis i eficaç; plaça de parking (amb cost addicional) al mateix edifici, a poca distància a peu del port de Garrucha.

L'apartament està pensat per gent de pas, tot força bàsic i menys cuidat del que esperàvem. Per exemple: la balconera i la finestra no tanquen en passar el pestell, l'aigua de la banyera s'escapa per la mampara a base de bé (es veuen força defectes d'humitat al bany), els estris i material de cuina són molt bàsics i escassos, l'armari del dormitori només té una barra amb 5 penjadors, etc. Són cosetes que amb poc podrien millorar. Teníem assignada una plaça de pàrking a la planta -2, que està pleníssima de pols que sembla d'obra que ho embruta tot i no hi ha cap estora pels peus ni al sortir del pàrking ni a la porta de l'apartament). El barri tampoc era una meravella. En general, la relació qualitat-preu no ens ha semblat del tot ajustada.
