The room was beautiful and big. The Aircon was amazing in the intense heat and the breakfast was wonderful. Loved the fact that we could have it in our room. Was close to a tram but also not far to walk to the centre through the Jardin Park.

La Belle Endormie was a fabulous little base for a weekend break. In a quiet district of Bordeaux but within a 10/15 minute walk of Esplanade des Quinconces, through the beautiful Jardin Public. Alternatively, tram route D was a 5 minute walk. Some very nice restaurants in the area as an alternative to walking into the main centre each night if preferred. The guest house entrance hall and our room were spotlessly clean. Everything you needed was provided. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Quiet aircon was a god send! Fresh breakfast was delivered to the room each morning and having the table and chairs in the room meant a very civilised start to the day, breakfast in your pjs! Anne and Antony went out of their way to be there for bag drop off, to provide great info about Bordeaux and then be there to collect bags left at the guest house on the last day. Would definitely recommend.

My room was very well appointed and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Large marble bathroom
The French breakfast box placed at your door was so yummy with fresh baked goods and fresh squeezed orange juice.
Location was great. Easy to get around
My host Antony was extremely helpful
