Ground floor, King bed, private unit - COURTYARD-VIEW

I have been through multiple properties throughout all of October into November and this was by far the best one.

My spouse and I came to Clearwater not for vacation, unfortunately, but for medical treatment. The condo was as promised. It was clean, had everything needed in the kitchen to cook, the bed was comfortable, and the TV's worked without issue. Without even asking, the owner reached out to us upon landing at the airport to let us know that we could check in early. We did not swim in the pool, though it looked lovely. We felt safe at all times and we would not hesitate renting from her again. The location was perfect in every way. In fact, we will probably need to return to Clearwater every 8 weeks and are seriously considering booking with her again. Thank you so much for having us in your lovely condo!

We had booked this place last minute because my husband’s 80 year old mother needed help purchasing a car. I’ve stayed at the Avalon before and loved it, but you never know what to expect with a different host. But she was wonderful, even getting us a beach umbrella for our stay. I was super impressed with the enclosed patio. There isn’t a thing our host missed, even providing dark towels for cleaning the makeup off my face. Would definitely stay at this lovely condo again.

We love the Avalon. It has a great pool and outdoor space. It is in a great location. The only thing was that the condo that we rented had a mildew smell and the bed was in really bad shape. Very uncomfortable
