整個流程裡服務我們都人都很友善、有耐心，員工真的大加分！ 房內沒有菸味，對不抽菸的住客來說會很友善。
房內沒有暖氣設備，外面9度，但房內體感甚至比室外更冷。致電櫃檯後，房務給我們一台金屬機身的暖氣，第一次半小時都沒有變熱，又幫我們換了一台，後來的那台有發熱，但輻射範圍大概就是床邊一個人會暖的程度，比較冷的天氣可能要考慮自己對溫度的適應性能不能接受這樣的硬體配置。
