Icloud Luxury Resort & Hotel

The rooms are big and has a lot of things to do for fun. We could swim, relax in the sauna or use the big jacuzzi. It is private and conveniently located. There are many TVs and also karaoke! The breakfast is buffet style and exceptional. So many choices and nicely prepared. The restaurant is well maintained and very clean. The shuttle bus was an added bonus to the accomodation. We could visit the night market in style and comfort using the shuttle and the driver was so kind and helpful. He shared tips and information. He was always on time and friendly. The place is also pet friendly and very spacious. You feel like you are in your own little resort!

The check out every day if you are staying consecutive days with a family and a dog it is inconvenient and you have to pay extra not to check out. There was a smell of smoke even when you see no smoking signs everywhere.

櫃檯員工的專業度、回答態度、口氣不是好。進來的時候浴室的浴缸旁邊有用過的垃圾沒收掉，然後第二天打掃過的房間，垃圾依然在原處。
