The size of the main bedroom
Advertised with enough beds for 8 people, we had to make 2 of the beds

the location of the property was fantastic. the price was great.
the company actually debited the value of the security bond which then takes 5 days to come back after the stay. they also charged my card for the value of the stay, even though I paid through booking.com. it was all sorted through a phone call from me and the money was all returned.

Location
Large and comfortable
We specifically chose this property for the swimming pool and my two granddaughters were very disappointed to find it closed (obviously for some time and yet still advertised in n website).
For the price $800 a night to only have two wine glasses and one flute and only four mugs and one spoon also disappointing.
No towel rail in bathroom and hot tap in shower fell off as I was showering.
I will be seeking a partial refund. Please tell me how to go about.

Most of the chairs are broken & the smaller lounge.
In the bathroom the door gets stuck , the hand towel & toilet roll holder broken. The bathroom & tiles could do with a good scrub..."
