Enjoyable stay with great view

The house is spacious and has all the facilities you would need for a longer stay, even with kids. Two separate bedrooms, a huge kitchen with dining area, separate toilet and shower, covered outside table with barbecue, and a pool with exceptional view. The house is close by a picturesque village, but there's plenty to do in Ardèche if you are willing to drive for 30-60 minutes. The view is breathtaking, you can watch the sunset and it's always sunny at the pool. There are also huge beautiful trees and a lot of flowers, really nice yard!

There were two different addresses for the house - one in Booking and the other one in Google - and neither of them was correct. We had to call the host who almost didn't speak English so it was a fun adventure to find the house. We were with a 1-year-old kid, it was 30 degrees Celsius and we travelled 7 hours long to get there so if our phone battery was empty or we didn't have internet to check the host's phone number, it would have been a disaster. The bedrooms were pretty damp and there was this funny smell of hanging humidity. Maybe a dehumidifier would help solve this issue? The pillows were old and also stank a bit. Same for the towels and the bed sheets. The mattress was also not really comfy.

The apartment and outdoor facilities was very nice, and the host friendly and helpfull. Among other things they pointed out very Good hiking area and spots of historic interesse and remarkabel nature. Also good winetasting was a part of their good advices. Our hosts live in a House near to the two apartments; but They were discreate and out of sight most of the time. There is a lot to do and enjoy in the small villages around Rosieres if you like good Wine, traditionel cooking, charming houses and to hike or use a bike. We Will return and Can fully recommend this apartment and hosts. A little thing: To improve: wifi and perhaps better knifes in the kitchen too

Kurzer aber super schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schön helle Wohnung. Die Lage ist Traumhaft. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Unser Gastgeber Christophe war sympathisch und freundlich und alles wurde unkompliziert abgewickelt.

Die Betten waren für unsere Verhältnisse viel zu weich. Da wir aber nur drei Tage dort waren haben wir nichts gesagt. Wir sind davon überzeugt dass Christophe da eine Lösung parat hat.

Frisse gite dankzij de goede airco. Mooi overdekt terras en mooi uitzicht. Veel welgekomen plaatsen in de schaduw. Grote supermarkten op 5 min rijden. Wasmachine in het huis.

L’emplacement, la piscine, la qualité de l'hébergement, le calme, l'accueil de la propriétaire qui se rend disponible quand nécessaire, l'équipement très complet du logement (plancha, climatisation, literie très confortable).

Endroit agréable

La situation dans un bel environnement et des extérieurs spacieux. Le gîte est bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons reçu un bon accueil.

Nous avons dû nettoyer le mobilier d’extérieur et le trampoline pour les utiliser. Le site indiquait que la piscine était fonctionnelle au moment de la réservation, ce qui n'était finalement pas le cas. Pour le tarif, tout cela nous a un peu surpris.

Retrouvailles

Nous avons été bien reçu, dans un cadre magnifique au calme, nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Un endroit bien vaste entouré de verdure. Les appartements sont bien équipés avec des matériaux de qualité. Très agréable, on le recommande vivement 🤗😘
