Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterfamilie, sehr gepflegtes, gemütliches und zweckmäßige Haus, durch Photovoltaikanlage und Speicher auch ökologisch gut durchdacht. Der Garten ist eine Oase der Ruhe, mit Zitrusbäumen, Kräutern und sehr gepflegtem Grün. Das Fehlen eines TV Gerätes hat uns gar nicht gestört, hier ist tatsächlich ein Ort zum Abschalten. Die Lage ist hervorragend zur Planung von Ausflügen nach Neapel, Pompeji, Caserta, an den Golf von Sorrent, Amalfi etc. geeignet.
Problematisch ist der Urlaubsort Castelvolturno, wir waren geschockt von dem Ausmaß an Vermüllung in vielen Teilen des Ortes.Die Menschen, denen wir begegnet sind, waren durchweg sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Umso mehr tut es weh, Leute in einer so von der Camorra zerstörten Infrastruktur leben zu sehen.
Die Unterkunft liegt zum Glück in einer ruhigen, von gepflegten Häusern umgebenen Sackgasse, in der Nähe eines Supermarktes. Der Fußweg dorthin (10 Minuten) macht durch ein, zwei abgestellte Autowracks betroffen.
Es fällt uns schwer diese Umstände zu benennen, weil die Menschen, die wir kennengelernt haben nicht verantwortlich für die Umstände sind. Es hat allerdings ein wenig gedauert, bis wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt haben.

perfect host, good communication, for any questions available, very caring for his guests. we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
the place is lovely. the bedrooms have enough space, the kitchen is great for cooking together. the garden is perfect for recovery and enjoying good weather, play games, make some yoga, etc.
near the place you have supermarkets and restaurants you can reach by foot. the beach (free entry) is about 20 minutes by foot reachable. we had a rental car and startet daily trips from here (Vesuv, Pompeii, Neapel, amalfi). it is good connected to the highway.
we would recommend a stay in Vincenzo’s place again!
