Appartamento elegante, ben curato, comodo e accogliente. Enza la proprietaria gentilissima e molto cordiale. I trasporti pubblici come cumana e traghetti sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La zona è ricca di ristoranti di cucina tipica anch'essi raggiungibili a piedi.
L'unico neo negativo per chi arriva in macchina è il parcheggio. Tutti a pagamento, 1€ l'ora il giorno e 2€ l'ora la notte e ancora peggio il fatto che sono introvabili perché la location e sempre molto affollata. Bisogna usufruire dei garage locali o lasciare la macchina molto lontano dall'abitazione. A parte questa cosa del parcheggio il resto tutto benissimo.
